GENTLY WARMED

Ingredients
100ml The Tale of Earl Grey
Orange peel


Glassware
Finest bone china tea cup


Method

1. Gently warm The Tale of Earl Grey in a pan
2. Prepare your finest porcelain tea cup
3. Drop in a curl of orange peel
4. Pour over the warmed NOVELTEA to release the zesty flavours
5. Relax and enjoy

OVER ICE

Ingredients
100ml The Tale of Earl Grey
3 or 4 ice cubes
A slice of orange


Glassware
Glass tumbler


Method

1. Throw 3 or 4 ice cubes into your favourite tumbler
2. Add 100ml of The Tale of Earl Grey
3. Top off with half a slice of orange
4. Enjoy!

COCKTAIL
The Golden Earl Martini

Ingredients
75ml The Tale of Earl Grey
Vermouth
25ml oriental spiced gin
Dried lemon and rosemary sprig to garnish

Glassware
Coupette

Method
1. Lightly coat ice in vermouth and coupette
2. Throw away vermouth.
3. Add 75ml The Tale of Earl Grey & 25ml oriental spiced gin to mixing glass filled with ice
4. Add 4 whole peppercorns and stir for 10 seconds 
6. Strain into coupette.

Ingredients
100ml The Tale of Moroccan Mint
2 or 3 fresh mint leaves


Glassware
Finest bone china tea cup


Method
1. Gently warm The Tale of Moroccan Mint in a pan
2. Prepare your finest porcelain tea cup
3. Drop in a few fresh mint leaves
4. Pour over the warmed NOVELTEA to release the fresh flavours
5. Relax and enjoy

Ingredients
100ml The Tale of Moroccan Mint
3 or 4 ice cubes
2 or 3 fresh mint leaves


Glassware
Glass tumbler


Method
1. Throw 3 or 4 ice cubes into your favourite tumbler
2. Add 100ml of The Tale of Moroccan Mint
3. Top off with the mint leaves
4. Enjoy!

COCKTAIL
Tangier Mint Julep

Ingredients
75ml The Tale of Moroccan Mint
25ml Cachaca
20ml pressed apple juice & 15ml lime juice
A small handful of mint leaves
Ginger ale to top up
Mint sprig and apple wheel to garnish

Glassware
Julep cup

Method
1. Add The Tale of Moroccan Mint and Cachaca to Julep cup
2. Add pressed apple juice and lime juice
3. Smack mint leaves and add to mixture
4. Add crushed ice and mix ingredients vigorously
5. Top up with ginger ale and garnish

Twist of orange peel

Method
1. Gently warm The Tale of Oolong in a pan

3. Drop in a twist of orange peel
4. Pour over the warmed NOVELTEA to release the zesty flavours
5. Relax and enjoy

Oolong Old Fashioned

Ingredients
75ml The Tale of Oolong
25ml Grand Marnier
Blossom Bitters
Demerara sugar

Glassware
Straight sided tumbler

Method
1. Add brown sugar, orange peel and cubed ice to mixing glass
2. Add 25ml The Tale of Oolong, 3 dashes Blossom Bitters and stir for 10 seconds
4. Add remaining Tale of Oolong & the Gran Marnier
5. Stir to infuse all ingredients for another 20 seconds

Celebrate Winter

Ingredients
75ml Celebrate - Limited Edition
25ml Cointreau
1 Star anise, cinnamon stick and 4 cloves
Whole clementine sliced in half around the equator
25g Muscovado sugar
Twist of orange zest and a star anise to garnish

Glassware
Enamel tin mugs

Method
1. Gently warm the Celebrate - Limited Edition with the muscovado sugar, stirring gently to dissolve
2. Add in the clementine, star anise, cinnamon stick and 4 cloves
3. Turn off the heat and allow to stand for 10 minutes
4. Strain the warm cocktail into enamel mug and garnish
