All Serving Suggestions
Gin & Earl Grey Tea
ON THE ROCKS
- 100ml Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Twist of orange peel
- Throw ice cubes into the glass
- Add 100ml of Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
- Top off with the twist of orange peel
LONG
- 100ml Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
- 250ml Tonic Water
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Wedge of lime
- Throw ice cubes into the glass
- Add 100ml of Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
- Add 250ml Tonic Water
- Stir gently!
- Garnish with a wedge of lime
COCKTAIL: Breakfast Martini
- 50ml Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
- 25ml Cointreau
- 12.5ml fresh lemon juice
- Teaspoon of apricot jam
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker
- Shake for 20 seconds
- Strain into martini glass
Rum & Green Mint Tea
ON THE ROCKS
- 100ml Noveltea Rum and Green Mint
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- 2 or 3 fresh mint leaves
- Throw ice cubes into the glass
- Add 100ml of Noveltea Rum and Green Mint
- Top off with fresh mint leaves
LONG
- 100ml Noveltea Rum and Green Mint
- 250ml Prosecco
- Fresh juice from 1 lime
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- 5 or 6 fresh lime leave
- Throw ice cubes into the glass
- Add the lime juice and mint leaves. Muddle.
- Add 100ml of Noveltea Rum and Green Mint
- Top with 250ml Prosecco
- Stir gently!
COCKTAIL: Breakfast Martini
- 50ml Noveltea Rum and Green Mint
- 25ml Blue Curacao
- 12,5ml fresh lemon juice
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker
- Shake for 20 seconds
- Strain into daiquiri glass
Whisky & Oolong Tea
ON THE ROCKS
- 100ml Noveltea Whisky and Oolong
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Twist of orange peel
- Throw ice cubes into the glass
- Add 100ml of Noveltea Whisky and Oolong
- Top off with the twist of orange peel
LONG
- 100ml Noveltea Whisky and Oolong
- 250ml Ginger Beer
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Wedge of lime
- Throw ice cubes into the glass
- Add 100ml of Noveltea Whisky and Oolong
- Add 250ml Ginger Beer
- Stir gently!
- Garnish with the wedge of lime
COCKTAIL: Oolong Old Fashioned
- 50ml Noveltea Whisky and Oolong
- 25ml Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- Barspoon of sugar syrup
- Orange peel
- Throw ice cubes into the glass
- Add barspoon of sugar syrup and 3 dashes of orange bitters. Muddle.
- Add 50ml Noveltea Whisky and Oolong
- Add 50ml Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
- Stir gently!
- Garnish with orange peel
Dry Gin
G & T
- 50ml Noveltea Dry Gin
- 200-300ml Mediterranean Tonic Water
- 10ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
- 5 or 6 ice cubes
- Slice of pink grapefruit
- Throw ice cubes into the glass
- Add the fresh grapefruit juice. Muddle.
- Add 50ml Noveltea Dry Gin
- Add Mediterranean Tonic, to taste
- Stir gently!
- Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit
COCKTAIL: Negroni
- 50ml Noveltea Dry Gin
- 50ml Campari
- 25ml Sweet Red Vermouth
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Slice of orange
- Throw ice cubes into the glass
- Add 50ml of Noveltea Dry Gin
- Add 50ml Campari
- Add 25ml Sweet Red Vermouth
- Stir gently!
- Garnish with orange peel
COCKTAIL: Martini
- 50ml Noveltea Dry Gin
- 15ml Dry White Vermouth
- 7 or 8 ice cubes
- Chill the glass in the fridge for 10 minutes
- Add 50ml of Noveltea Dry Gin, 15ml Dry White Vermouth and ice into a mixing glass
- Stir with mixing spoon until the outside of the glass is very cold
- Taste to check dilution. If needed, continue to stir until dilution and temperature to your taste
- Strain into glass
