Gin & Earl Grey Tea

Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey Tea on the rocks

ON THE ROCKS

  • 100ml Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • Twist of orange peel
Glassware: Tumbler / Rocks Glass
  1. Throw ice cubes into the glass
  2. Add 100ml of Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
  3. Top off with the twist of orange peel

LONG

  • 100ml Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
  • 250ml Tonic Water
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • Wedge of lime
Glassware: Collins Glass / Highball
  1. Throw ice cubes into the glass
  2. Add 100ml of Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
  3. Add 250ml Tonic Water
  4. Stir gently!
  5. Garnish with a wedge of lime

COCKTAIL: Breakfast Martini

  • 50ml Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • 12.5ml fresh lemon juice
  • Teaspoon of apricot jam
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
Glassware: Martini
  1. Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake for 20 seconds
  3. Strain into martini glass

Rum & Green Mint Tea

  • 100ml Noveltea Rum and Green Mint
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • 2 or 3 fresh mint leaves
Glassware: Tumbler / Rocks Glass
  1. Throw ice cubes into the glass
  2. Add 100ml of Noveltea Rum and Green Mint
  3. Top off with fresh mint leaves

LONG

  • 100ml Noveltea Rum and Green Mint
  • 250ml Prosecco
  • Fresh juice from 1 lime
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • 5 or 6 fresh lime leave
Glassware: Collins Glass / Highball
  1. Throw ice cubes into the glass
  2. Add the lime juice and mint leaves. Muddle.
  3. Add 100ml of Noveltea Rum and Green Mint
  4. Top with 250ml Prosecco
  5. Stir gently!

  • 25ml Blue Curacao
  • 12,5ml fresh lemon juice
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
Glassware: Daiquiri
  1. Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker
  2. Shake for 20 seconds
  3. Strain into daiquiri glass

Whisky & Oolong Tea

COCKTAIL: Oolong Old Fashioned

  • 50ml Noveltea Whisky and Oolong
  • 25ml Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
  • Barspoon of sugar syrup
  • Orange peel
Glassware: Old Fashioned Glass / Lowball
  1. Throw ice cubes into the glass
  2. Add barspoon of sugar syrup and 3 dashes of orange bitters. Muddle.
  3. Add 50ml Noveltea Whisky and Oolong
  4. Add 50ml Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
  5. Stir gently!
  6. Garnish with orange peel

Dry Gin

Noveltea Gin and Tonic

G & T

  • 50ml Noveltea Dry Gin
  • 200-300ml Mediterranean Tonic Water
  • 10ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • 5 or 6 ice cubes
  • Slice of pink grapefruit
Glassware: Gin Copa Glass
  1. Throw ice cubes into the glass
  2. Add the fresh grapefruit juice. Muddle.
  3. Add 50ml Noveltea Dry Gin
  4. Add Mediterranean Tonic, to taste
  5. Stir gently!
  6. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit

COCKTAIL: Negroni

  • 50ml Noveltea Dry Gin
  • 50ml Campari
  • 25ml Sweet Red Vermouth
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • Slice of orange
Glassware: Old Fashioned Glass / Lowball
  1. Throw ice cubes into the glass
  2. Add 50ml of Noveltea Dry Gin
  3. Add 50ml Campari
  4. Add 25ml Sweet Red Vermouth
  5. Stir gently!
  6. Garnish with orange peel

COCKTAIL: Martini

  • 50ml Noveltea Dry Gin
  • 15ml Dry White Vermouth
  • 7 or 8 ice cubes
Glassware: Martini
  1. Chill the glass in the fridge for 10 minutes
  2. Add 50ml of Noveltea Dry Gin, 15ml Dry White Vermouth and ice into a mixing glass
  3. Stir with mixing spoon until the outside of the glass is very cold
  4. Taste to check dilution. If needed, continue to stir until dilution and temperature to your taste
  5. Strain into glass
