This multi-faceted gin with classic gin flavors is blended with black tea consisting of leaves from the Camellia Sinensis plant, dried and fully oxidized to develop a deep, rich flavor. To this is added some bergamot, a fragrant citrus fruit. Essential oils extracted from the bergamot peel give Earl Grey its characteristic floral aroma.
ON THE ROCKS
- 100ml Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Twist of orange peel
- Throw ice cubes into the glass
- Add 100ml of Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
- Top off with the orange peel twist
LONG
- 100ml Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
- 250ml Tonic Water
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Wedge of lime
- Throw ice cubes into the glass
- Add 100ml of Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
- Add 250ml Tonic Water
- Stir gently!
- Garnish with a wedge of lime
COCKTAIL: Breakfast Martini
- 50ml Noveltea Gin and Earl Grey
- 25ml Cointreau
- 12.5ml fresh lemon juice
- Teaspoon of apricot jam
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients into cocktail shaker
- Shake for 20 seconds
- Strain into martini glass
