36Our very first limited edition, ‘Celebrate’ is made by blending the finest Scotch Whisky with a full-bodied loose leaf black tea and then we infuse it with warming winter spices including cloves, cardamom and cinnamon.
Celebrate can be gently warmed to bring out its spiced fruit flavour and delicate vanilla undertones offering a truly unique tasting experience and a warming tipple in the winter months. However, the adaptable drink can also be served chilled over ice as a refreshing festive alternative.

TASTING NOTES - A bright cinnamon and subtle clove nose. Cloves preside over the cinnamon on the palate and combine with the tannic flavour notes from the tea. The finish is pleasantly tannic and features a clove/aniseed afternote.
BREWING PROCESS - Celebrate is cold brewed for up to eight hours using loose leaf tea. The longer, gentler cold-brew process slowly reveals all the intricacies of the leaves’ natural taste, resulting in an end-product that’s noticeably smoother, a little bit sweeter, and a whole lot more satisfying.
Black Tea - Leaves of the Camellia Sinesis plant, dried and fully oxidised to allow a deep, rich flavour to develop.
Cinnamon - Obtained from the inner bark of several tree species from the genus Cinnamomum.
Cardamon - Sometimes cardamon or cardamum, is a spice made from the seeds of several plants in the genera Elettaria and Amomum in the family Zingiberaceae
Cloves - the aromatic flower buds of a tree in the family Myrtaceae, Syzygium aromaticum. They are native to the Maluku Islands in Indonesia, and are commonly used as a spice.
