The maximum amount is £30. If you paid more, the extra amount will not be refunded.

When people don’t like NOVELTEA, we’d like to hear why. Whatever the reason for not liking our drinks, it will be great to know as it will help us improve them in the future
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I USE THE NOVELTEA PROMISE TO CLAIM MY MONEY BACK?
The NOVELTEA promise can only be used once per household.
DO I NEED TO SEND THE PRODUCT BACK?
No, you won’t need to return the NOVELTEA you’ve purchased.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE MONEY TO GET INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT?
We aim to process your refund within 3-5 business days. However, the money may not appear in your account straight away. Please allow some time for your bank to process the transaction.
